EP Therapy
I have dealt with depression and anxiety for about 20 years, but it wasn't until I finally got the help I needed through CBT and EMDR that everything started to make sense, and my mental health began to take a turn for the best. I believe that in the same way, these therapies helped me deal with the negative symptoms that plagued my life for so long, they can also help you. I want to help you understand why you feel the way you feel so that you can address it and begin living your best life.
