I had a fantastic experience at my dentist visit today. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. I left feeling well taken care of and confident in my dental health. The Zocdoc appt made it seem like this would be for TMJ issues when I wasn’t even seen by the dentist listed on the booking. They also charged roughly 10 times the price for the same treatment my previous dentist charged, even with insurance.

Dentist appointments scare me but this staff made me feel soooo comfortable! They didn’t judge me and treated me and my boyfriend with such care. Ugh I wish I caught the names of the girls who were doing my scans but they are hilarious!!!! I may come back just to talk to them. Already have my next appointment booked and have told my family and friends about them! :D

I was so nervous and am ver self conscious about my smile and teeth. Dr. Cai was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. She made me feel at ease, safe, and reassured me to not give up that the first steps were done because I made it in. Alyssa was great with my initial x-ray, Jenn was so face and sweet with my x-rays and photos of my teeth, Tiffany did my deep clean oh I can’t say enough about her she was so kind, caring, friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. This is my dentist and I am making a plan and pray that with this staffs help I can love my smile and teeth.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting epic family dentistry, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The reception staff were friendly, efficient, and made the check-in process seamless for me and my whole family. They even accommodated me having to leave and come back to take care of personal business on the same day!
Everybody was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Kim took the time to explain every step of the procedure, ensuring I was comfortable and well-informed about what was going on during my appointment.
The dental hygienist was also fantastic, meticulous in their work, and gentle considering the deep clean that was needed.
Overall, they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate, and skilled dental care provider. Thank you, to the team for making my dental visit a positive and stress-free experience.
