Got a same-day appointment. She is a great listener and my appointment was exactly on time. Also got blood work same day. Great overall experience.

My experience with the doctor was great! She was very informative, answered all my questions to the best of her ability, and was able to set up follow-up testing right away.

Charlene was extremely patient and helpful with my situation. Not many healthcare providers understand what goes on with providing help for service members, but Charlene took her time to listen and help out as much as possible.

Absolutely loved the entire process, I’ve been so disappointed with American healthcare but this telehealth visit was true diamond in the rough. I was able to actually get the medication I needed and was even able to transfer medications when unfortunately the initial pharmacy didn’t accept my insurance. Will definitely be continuing and even recommended this practice to my wife :)

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Hollins, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! From the moment I walked into her immaculate office, I felt welcomed and cared for. The location is great, making it convenient for appointments.
Dr. Hollins is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also a genuinely sweet lady who truly listens to my concerns. She took the time to understand my issues and provided the best solution tailored to my needs, which I greatly appreciated.
I also encountered a billing issue, but she handled everything promptly and efficiently, putting my mind at ease. It’s clear that she prioritizes her patients’ well-being and satisfaction.
Choosing her as my primary care physician was absolutely the right decision! If you’re looking for a compassionate and competent doctor, look no further. I would give her a solid 10/10!
