This was my first bidirectional. Dr. Donovan was amazing. She listened to both my wife and I and then had great follow up questions and suggestions at the end of our appointment. I feel very secure in saying that I'm in good hands. Finally, my wife and I just moved into the area from out of state. My prior podiatrist recommended Dr. Donavan. I'm glad she did.

I would give more stars if I was able to! The facility was very clean, cute, and everyone was very organized. Every person I interacted with, including the lady at the front desk, the medical assistant, and Dr. Jacqueline was very nice and helpful. I didn't wait for more than 5 mins to be taken back into a room. I would highly recommend Erie Foot and Ankle Center as well as Dr. Jacqueline!!

Excellent experience! The doctor was very thorough and caring and had an x-ray machine on-site. This was a second opinion after seeing another doctor several weeks ago. Not only did did I get a proper diagnosis and was provided with a shoe I must wear, she has referred me to a vascular surgeon as a precaution to verify that I do not have a secondary, more concerning condition as a result of the first.

The resident I saw first was super nice, thorough and helpful. The Dr. was great! Easy to talk to, very informative, energetic and apologetic for running behind due to a meeting. Would definitely recommend her to a friend. Also, the ladies at the counter were super sweet and friendly.
