My hope is that when life presents you with the unexpected, that here you will find validation, healing and support. A PNW native and person of color, I’ve been a practicing mental health therapist in the area for over 18 years. My experience has primarily encompassed LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent populations, those seeking identity-affirming and kink-friendly/sex-positive care, substance abuse treatment, and those struggling with grief, mood disorders and life transitions. I see the counseling process through an individual, tailored lens. Some presenting concerns require a more compassion-focused and person-centered pathway while others benefit from a strengths-based and solution-focused approach.
