Office was not aware of my appointment booked on zocdoc. I had to call office because i still had not received a link. Gentleman told me it’d be ten minutes and i wasn’t seen for another 35-40 minutes after they moved my appointment from noon to 12:30.

She didn't listen to anything I said and kept repeating questions I had just answered a minute ago. She didn't test me for what I had asked her to and immediately prescribed a medication for something I told her I already knew about and had been diagnosed with.

Office did not have any of our information despite submitting it days before. After 30 minutes of going over everything I already submitted the doctor just kept asking me the same question over and over again in different ways. She did not answer any of my questions. After answering the same question 4 times with the same answer I ended the session. It was a complete waste of my time.

Was 10 minutes late to my 30 minute appointment so I only got 20 minutes. Felt like she was reading from a script and not actually trying to understand my problems. I expressed that I did not want to be put in medicine and she stated that, “sometimes people need them” and then proceeded to write me a prescription.

video visit. did not turn on her camera. I had to repeat myself multiple times on multiple questions throughout the visit. felt like she was reading from a script. told me I was prescribe 3 meds, only got a script for 2 and not told what they where prior to picking up.

Awful experience. Provider forgot about my appointment and I was unable to access a refill on my medications. I was able to book an emergency follow-up, but did not receive a link for a video visit and instead received a call via my cell (plan was video visit). The provider was fairly confused on the medication she originally prescribed and it felt like they did not have my info in front of them. I did not feel heard or like we were making constructive progress.

Dr Ukomado made me feel comfortable right away. She is very calm and pleasant. Her staff is also sweet. It was a nice experience overall and I am grateful for that!

This was my first experience using Telehealth. Dr Ukomadu was very personable. She asked me pertinent questions concerning my health. She was not in a hurry to be finished with my appointment. I am happy to have chosen her for my health needs.

Overall first great experience, although their was a slight issue with sending the medication to the pharmacy, but I was surprised how fast it was handled/resolved by the NP.

Did not explain next steps clearly , did not send prescription to pharmacy as indicated. cut me off in middle of sentences, took another call during visit, did not adequately disconnect session and overheard another call the provider took. Shocking that this is a mental health professional that is not equipped to handle a basic video call professionally.

One-on-one communication was hard. Kept having to repeat myself. Personal questions we're asked very bluntly- may be great for some people, but felt like an inaccurate read of my mental health and needs. I felt put on the spot and anxious, not safe and heard.
I'm not one to write reviews but I felt unsatisfied with this particular appointment.
