We are going to help you with healthy self-care, finding joy as well as nourishment in foods, banishing joyless patterns of eating, and working with where you are right now and helping you on this path to a better mind/body well-being. You’ll received customized nutrition education, but more saliently, you’ll learn how to get to know your own body, how to eat intuitively, and cultivate a healthy relationship with food.

FEES: All associate dietitians (NOT MONICA MORENO) / therapists: $297.00 per hour (RDs) and session (THERAPISTS) Packages and bundles are available after an INITIAL ASSESSMENT with ASSOCIATE DIETITIANS. MONICA MORENO: $585.00 per hour. Grocery store tours are available as follow-up visits. We do couples and family sessions - please email hello@essencenutritionmiami.com to enquire. We work with pediatric clients AND adult clients of all ages and stages. By booking an appointment with us, your initial assessment fee will be billed in full and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

She then sent comprehensive feedback with advice to improve our lifestyle in general. She recommended books and podcasts regarding Intuitive Eating plus recipes.
