My previous APRN resigned from the practice I was using abruptly and I was unable to get an appointment with another provider in a reasonable time frame. Mr. Kirui's practice was very thorough and he was a great listener and took time to get to know me. He is very empathetic and even though we were doing a virtual call I could tell he cared because he had visible compassion in his eyes and face. I wanted to find a provider that I can stay with long term and I am so glad I gave him a try. He is local as well and I also like that aspect.
