Our providers offer a unique blend of clinical brilliance, compassionate treatment, and a family-centered approach. We understand women’s health concerns and are here to help. Generations of women have come to rely on Essex County OB/GYN for routine gynecologic care, gynecologic surgery, family planning, pregnancy care, and postpartum support.
Cancellation Policy:
We require 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations. A fee of $50.00 will be charged to your account for any appointments that are not cancelled within a 24-hour period. Not sure if you called and cancelled your appointment? Our state-of-the-art telephone equipment allows us to run reports that give us that information. Please call the billing department with your phone number in hand and we will check for you.

I'm always nervous when going to any doctor's office, but as soon as I walked into the office, I was greeted with genuine friendliness by the receptionist. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I only had to wait about 5 minutes until my name was called. The nurse who took my vitals was very kind and made me feel at ease. When I met with Amanda, I was impressed by how attentive and caring she was. She listened to all of my concerns and took the time to thoroughly answer my questions. She provided me with different treatment options and explained each one in detail. I felt like she was genuinely concerned about my well-being. Overall, my experience at this office was excellent, and I highly recommend both her and her staff.

Excellent experience with the doctor. She spent considerable amount of time gathering information to fully understanding my current medical situation. She was kind and explained many options to formulate a care plan for me. It was fate zoo doc had an appointment available when I really needed to be seen.

I had made an appointment in February.
Feb 20th the office calls me asking if I could do 2:40 PM instead of the 3:40 slot that was open, that was fine by me. Today, March 13th the day of at 10 AM about 4 hours before my appointment they asked to reschedule for another day.
I had asked reception if they could find any slot for today as I had accommodated their request to come earlier last month and I really wanted to get the appointment done today as my predicted period hadn't come yet so I wanted it out the way. Fortunately they found a noon spot for me.
When I got there the staff told me my appointment was for 2:40 I had to remind them that someone had called me earlier, they hadn't updated their system I believe.
Wait time was about +30 minutes which was okay. Apparently, stuff was going on in the office.
Dr.Waters took time to get to know me and asked me if I had any questions or concerns which I appreciated for my first ever gynecologist visit.
