Dr. Werthheimer was a pleasure. Very thorough, nice affect, asked pertinent questions and listened well. Felt unhurried and completely focused on me. Told me about one condition I have that I had never been told about, and what to watch out for (symptoms). Assured me that everything else is A-OK. Very good doctor, very assured w/out being condescending. Definitely recommend.
Office staff is a bit older and seemed uncomfortable with ZocDoc electronic submission(s) - they were confused when I said ZocDoc had sent the paperwork electronically, but eventually sorted it out. Nice people; clearly not conversant w/ retrieving electronic docs.
Waited just over :30 to get into the assistant's office (who checked my prescription and eyes), and then about another :10 waiting in Dr.'s room. Wish the wait time had been less, however, would still recommend based on Dr. Wertheimer's professionalism, his demeanor, and unhurried approach to being thorough in his examination.

I haven’t had my eye exam since before 2020. The front desk was polite, and all the forms I filled out on ZocDoc seemed to have transferred over. From the moment I got there to my name being called was about 30 minutes. Other than that, the staff was friendly, informative, and professional.

She was very nice and professional. She did prescribe the right medicine for my eye. My eye was so red when i went in, after using some antibiotics prescribed from urgent care that didn’t help at all. I’ve been using the drops she prescribed for two days, and my eye is almost back to normal, thanks to her.

There was lots of parking. The office was clean and organized. The staff was courteous from the front desk to the doctor. The front desk also seemed very organized. The doctor was nice, explained everything very clearly and took time listening to all of my concerns. I will definitely go back again. On the way out, I was told that I would get a reminder to schedule in the future for my yearly exam.

What an awesome experience!!!!! I found this group through my provider and couldn't be happier. The front desk staff were attentive, knowledgeable, professional and extremely affable. They answered every question in a courteous and polite manner. Doctor Shroff was just as impressive. Again, knowledgeable, communicative, engaged at each step and responsive to my concerns and dissatisfaction with my prior doctor. I did wait a bit but there were some other extenuating issues with other patients that clearly were outside the norm. I was so happy I made appointments for my husband son before I left.
