This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. The receptionist, Kathy, was completely disorganized and unresponsive. I called and spoke with her on three separate occasions requesting that she email me the required paperwork, which never happened. I also asked if I could send over my insurance information in advance so the fee could be verified, but that was never done. In fact, when I arrived, I was told I would need to a lot of the visit which I paid. The day before my appointment, I was called and asked if I could come in at 9:00 AM instead of my original 10:45 AM appointment. I agreed, yet when I arrived, there were still two patients ahead of me waiting to be seen, and I was then informed that the doctor was in surgery. Overall, the lack of communication and poor scheduling made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this office.

The doctor totally ignored everything that I said. He made appointments for 2 exams on a day that I could not take off from work so I had to cancel them. I was made to wait for 40 minutes after my appointment for paperwork, and they forgot that I was waiting. Needed (and still need) treatment for painful condition but was left without any resolution. Place was a zoo. The front staff at the desk were very friendly.
