I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Alex! Alex is a compassionate , insightful, and was kind enough to continue to work with me after I moved states. Her positive & down to earth attitude encourage me to open up about what I struggle with. She also sends wonderful articles and resources to supplement the sessions. I'd recommend her to anyone

I started therapy with persistent chest-tightening anxiety and inescapable flashbacks, but walked away from it with a tranquility I had never known! Alex was instrumental in healing my physical dysregulation. Her expertise in complex trauma was transformative as it properly recontextualized the issues I had been grappling with for so long. Working with her left me feeling a sense of inner power I was previously unable to access. I appreciated her pacing since I was able to participate in EMDR safely.I felt that she was able to understand my background as a first gen Latinx raised in the US, which is something many other providers simply cannot do. I couldn't recommend Alex enough! She is a gem and I think so many people would benefit from her services.

Alex has been a gift in my life who has helped me overcome life obstacles, help me recognize my self worth, and has always supported me in all of my life endeavors. I came to Alex confused, suffering from chronic anxiety, panic attacks, overthinking low self esteem, and struggling with relationship issues. Alex has a gift with people, and with her kindness, empathic approach and sense of humor she was able to help me. I will new forget my first session with Alex because the anxiety strategies she gave me still stick with me to this day. Alex is well rounded, she is an expert in her field, and most of all non judgmental. What sets her asides from other therapist she knows her patients and she always has a strategy in place when they need help. Eventually the goal of therapy is to end but a expressed to Alex that is not option for me because she is amazing at what she does.
