Eternal Vitality

At Eternal Vitality we offer a broad array of services geared to address today's most challenging issue of hormone imbalance. We know there's no such thing as a one-size-fits-all cure, so we never use a one-size-fits-all approach to your bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Typically insurance does not cover these services so we do not accept any insurance. Our new patient consultation fee is $100. If you don't cancel your appointment within 24 hours of booking or don't show to your appointment we charge a $75 cancellation fee. There is no charge for rescheduling. We will reach out to you shortly after you book to give more information about your visit.

Most relevant

Dr. Powers was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to understand my goals, made great suggestions, and shared his own journey with hormone replacement. He was incredibly empathetic and easy to talk to. He also did not try a “one size fits all” approach towards treatment. For anyone considering exploring treatment, I cannot recommend Dr. Powers enough. His communication and follow up is great.
