It was awesome that she rescheduled my daughter for today since there were technical difficulties but they send out a link to the email (not text) right before the appt and I’ve been trying to get in touch to be involved in her treatment but have not spoken with the provider nor do I have any contact info. I edited to raise the rating because my daughter did really like her and her grandmother told me that their internet went out and it wasn’t the providers fault. I still need better communication but will continue to try this provider for my daughter.
