As a nurse practitioner, I have a strong conviction in the Mind and Body connection which has led me to a holistic approach to address emotional, physical and spiritual needs of each client .I provide a safe space for my clients where they feel seen and heard.
I specialize in psychopharmacology and provide psychotherapy for a variety of mental health conditions. Each patient is unique and I work with the patient as an individual to develop an individualized, evidence-based care plan that prioritizes their goals.

I was very comfortable speaking with my Doctor. She heard the concern in my voice when I was speaking and used reinforcing words when she spoke that showed she not only was listening to what I was saying but empathized with the effect my issues where having on how I was addressing them alone for so long. She was quick to provide me with tools that worked for me personally and was understanding in my concerns with finding a way to deal with my issues without being just reliant on a medication.
