She was very sincere and caring to my needs, which was a very pleasant experience for me. I have never experienced this type of compassion from a doctor. Usually doctors that I have dealt with in the past, treated me like I was just another patient. They were booked and busy, always in a rush trying to see the next patient. But not today, I felt heard today. Thank you.

Dr partridge is awesome! I have been a patient for a few years now and she truly. Cares about her clients. She is super smart and will not yield from her years of experience. She uses all of her knowledge along with the latest technology. When covid she didn't skip a beat she was one of the only doctors doing Tele medicine at the time. Saved me from suffering! She is not only an excellent Doctor But truly a really good person

The location did cause make me apprehensive, but after coming in, it became apparent that
Dr.Partridge was committed to being accessible to and serving everyone. She seemed indiscriminately interested in her patients as well as sociable, and thorough.
I am unsure about wait times, as I had arrived late for my appointment and am unsure how it played into scheduling.

Extremely unorganized and unclean office. Very very nice woman but something is missing here. She does not do anything. Every single need is referred elsewhere. I really want to support black doctors but it’s super difficult when the service is less than mediocre.

Dr. Partridge is a very nice woman, however her office was really unorganized, she took a call during our visit, and she tried to charge me in addition to my insurance for the same service. I would never return.

Wait was very long, 2+ hours. Over heard other patients saying they were scheduled for the same time I was. Saw the doctor for 15 min out of the 2+ hours I was waiting. Only chose this office because I like to support black owned businesses but it wasn’t worth it.

My appointment was for 12 I wasn't seen until after one.. while I was waiting in one of the dirtiest doctors offices I've ever been in an exterminator came and went to through the rest of the house/office.. the room smelled of pee and the fire alarm was beeping the entire time which nearly drove me crazy and after all that I couldn't get what I was there for but the doctor was nice enough to refund me my copay

I knew that might wait time would be on the longer side, so that did not really bother me. However, this being the third time that I have visited Dr. Partridge, I can say that her nurses/staff are not the most competent people. Dr. Partridge herself is lovely though and I'm willing to put up with the staff for her quality of care.

My initial appointment was for 5:30 but somehow they entered it as 3:30. Therefore, I had to come back at 9:00 the next morning. My follow up two days later was at 8:45 a.m. The doctor did not arrive until 11:45 a.m.!!! Nuff' said.

I thought she was knowledgeable and very caring and kind, however she did not do ANYTHING except take blood pressure, temperature, height, weight, pulse and heartbeat.
I went in for a anxiwry issue, a UTI test and antibiotic, to have blood drawn and tested for anything and everything, a therapy session (ZocSoc said she did that) birth control and a pap smear, which ZocSoc says she does.
Imagine my surprise when she referred me to Labcorp for the UTI, & Blood work, an OBGYN for the birth control and pap smear; who NEVER answered the phone by the way, and a psychiatrist for the anxiety and therapy.
She did not perform a single service for me! I wasted my time going there and never will again! What doctor doesn't do a mammogram, physical and write basic prescriptions for UTI'S and birth control? Evelyn Partridge, that's who!

She is condescending and just acts like she is above everyone. Do not waste your time
The filth and dirt ridden vents will make you sick. Save yourself time.

Dr. was nice,she listened to my concern's,examined the condition,then referred me to specialist. A major concern is the condition of the office it's dated and disgustingly dirty to the point where you couldn't find a sink to wash you're hands. I won't be making a follow-up appointment,sorry!

The doctor as well as her staff were very friendly. My only holdback was the appearance of the place. It's kind of creepy looking on the outside, like a very old house from a scary movie. Definitely needs to be update!

Not only did I have to wait a long time before I could see the doctor, I waited for 45 minutes AFTER for a LabCorp slip. Finally they said they couldn't give it to me the same day, so I should call and ask for it when I'm ready to get my blood work done. Called the next day; couldn't leave a voice message cos their mailbox is full and expecting them to clear some room for new messages is.....too responsible I guess! Kept calling until I finally spoke to someone. She said she'd call me the next day and let me know when it was ready but couldn't do it right the. because they were about to close (2pm). Never called me the next day. Lather rinse repeat the day after. She AGAIN couldn't do it the same day cos they were about to close at 12:30. Promised she'd do it the next day and call to let me know. That call never came either. I'm going to have them call them again tomorrow and hope I get to talk to someone cos they STILL haven't deleted old voicemail messages from their mailbox to make room for new ones. What a joke!

Doctor Partridge is a nice woman, very caring. You can tell she wants the best for people. This office is not in a nice place but it is kept very secure with cameras and they desk nurse must buzz you in after you hit the intercom. As for the actual patient doctor interaction, I felt generally comfortable and intend to return.
