Worst experience ever! I was running late so I called the office and nobody answered the phone and the voicemail box was full which I thought was odd. I continued to make my way to the office called a total of 4 times and nobody answered. I park my car and walk to the office and they are closed! My appointment was for 5:20pm I arrived at 5:32pm. I didn’t receive any correspondence of an early closure and there hours of operation as per Zocdoc reflected that they should have been open till 6pm. Also parking is a nightmare in that area.

I can’t tell a doctor how to practice but, I needed a simple for filled out for work which asked for vitals, vision, & hearing .. He refused to fill out the paper work unless he got a blood panel done. The medical practices care more about extracting money from your insurance company as opposed to care. The office itself is a rinky dink hole in the wall with cheap medical equipment. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

My search results was for an ENT in my residential area of Brooklyn. Zoc Doc appeared with a list of ENT providers for New York City and the five boroughs. I was able to narrow the list by my health insurance. However Zoc Doc reappeared and listed a few ENT providers. I chose one closest to me. I scheduled the appointment with Dr. Ahmed. the ears. I chose the time and kept the appointment. Ahmed is not an ENT doctor but a PCP. I kept the appointment and waited 20 minutes to be seen. I related to him I searched for an ENT and his name appeared and his practice as an ENT. He isn't an ENT but a PCP. He apologized about the website. I let him examine my ears .He recommended ear drops twice a day for 4 days and then I should go to an Urgent care facility where they would clean out my ears should there be any wax remaining. My advice is look for a provider for your need through your Health Insurance Plan not Zoc Doc.

I asked for a psychiatric service of refill of medication and it was clear that this service was offered and it was denied. So, I did report this and my insurance will not pay and no service was given. So please be clear ZOC DOC because you did indicate that this service was given and you denied it . I won’t give any recommendations for ZOC DOc and I give ZOC DOC a bad review.
