Office preoccupied with selling as many services as possible. Front desk and the provider did not check if the insurance will cover labs and pushed the responsibility on me. Also did not provide any proper consultation at all! Did no tests only vitals, was afraid to even touch me when I just had enflamed lymph nodes. Waste of time and travel. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ACTUAL MEDICAL PROFESSIONALISM.

This office said they had all my information to sit and wait for appointment. Then after 45 minutes they all started looking and seeming to whisper about me. Then asked my name . And I was like same as it was 45 minutes ago when I checked in . Went up to same person who says computer did t have my info and I had to do it all over again .

Disappointing. Although she was quite lovely and the office was really beautiful, it just wasn't a great fit for me. The one thing I found most unsettling was that both the nurse who took my vitals and and Ms. Agnieszka pitched the medical center's other practices at Evergreen, almost verbatim during my appointment. Hearing it twice and scripted, I just felt like I was there more for them to sell me on something rather than addressing my health concerns.

The office had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and professional. My visit itself was fine, but I did experience a significant wait time of over 45 minutes. Additionally, when the possibility of needing bloodwork was discussed, there was uncertainty about whether my insurance would cover it. Unlike my experiences with other doctors’ offices, where they handled insurance verification, I was left to figure this out on my own. While the overall experience was decent, the long wait and lack of assistance with insurance coverage were disappointing.
