I have been seeing Kelsea for a couple months now and have only positive feedback. She is a 30-40 min drive each way for me but totally worth it as she is knowledgeable, listens and works with you to understand the root issues to your pain/mobility limitations in a way that most PTs I have encountered in the past do not.

I had a great experience! Dr. Joluis De Los Santos was super sweet and friendly and took great care examining my injury. He communicated clearly and was open to all of my questions and concerns. He sent me off with a care plan and recommended another PT with Evolution PT that is closer to me because I did drive further for this appointment. He was very sweet and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a PT!

Truly excellent physical therapy. I had neck pain that would not go away for a month and physical therapy with Giulia completely resolved the issue. She is so warm and kind and knowledgeable. We continued to meet for about a month and she’s given me lots of exercises that have helped prevent the pain for recurring. Wonderful experience! So glad I found evolution PT.

When I made the appointment, I didn’t realize how far the location was from me. On top of that, since it was during rush hour, it took me nearly 50 minutes to get to the office. At check-in, I mentioned to the front desk staff that while I would keep the appointment, I wouldn’t return due to the distance. She didn’t respond. However, when I shared this with Danielle, my physical therapist, she immediately empathized and let me know that I could be transferred to a facility closer to my home. We looked into it right away and found a more convenient location. Moving forward, I’ll continue my treatment there. In addition to being understanding, Danielle was very thorough in assessing my issue and provided a set of exercises to help me stay on track between appointments. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and caring physical therapist.

The office is easy to find, I was able to find parking easily, the space is large and clean, and they offer a lot of other useful services like massages and fitness classes. I had a great first physical therapy session with Jenna. She's a great listener, friendly and professional, and answered my multitude of questions. I never felt uncomfortable. My only issue is that this is the second time I've been rescheduled from the original appointment I booked with Zocdoc, so I'm unsure if it's an issue with Zocdoc or with Evolution Physical Therapy. My other time was an unrelated physician appointment.
