I had an excellent experience with Dr. Josh and Evolution Physical Therapy today for my shoulder pain (I have a labral tear). I was able to book an appointment the day of and received a confirmation call right away which I appreciated. Dr. Josh listened to all of my concerns, evaluated my condition, gave me helpful strengthening exercises, and dry needled my upper trapezius. He also dry needled near my labrum with electrical stimulation. Hours later I already notice a significant improvement. I highly recommend Dr. Josh and his office!
