The provider never contacted me prior to my appointment. I had to contact them at my appointment time. Was told that they had to review my insurance which would take 1 hour even though my insurance had been submitted hours in advance. . then I was not contacted back for hours until I called and left a voicemail then I received only a text message telling me that my insurance is not covering it and that I would have to self pay. When I spoke to them they kept calling me someone else’s name and had no idea about my appointment to begin with.
