I made an appointment on Zoc Doc and arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. There is no front desk and the virtual check in had no record of my appointment. They asked me to wait awhile until they got things straightened out. After 45 minutes and 8 out of 10 tables empty, I was turned away because they were too busy, had no record of my appointment and could not see me for at least 10 days as that would be how long it would take to verify my no fault benefits. I am livid as I had to take an Uber there and back.

Dr. Mecner is a fantastic physical therapist! As an athlete (power lifter) and professional dancer/teacher, my needs are very specific. Dr. Mecner met and exceeded all of my expectations. His background in sports and experience with caring for athletes was very apparent in how he worked with me. For my first visit, he took time to get a detailed history and communicated very clearly, he then did a thorough exam and got to work on exercises to address my injuries and weaknesses. After my appointment, he sent me the list of at home exercises to continue. I highly recommend this physical therapist, especially for athletes.
