Chris is absolutely the best at what he does. He trains often with athletes and has such a great understanding of how the body moves. He has helped my dancer daughter once with a hip issue and is now creating a plan for her again for another matter. Highly recommended.

I been coming to evolve since my knee surgery. When I came in I could barely walk It’s been a few weeks and the progress is fantastic. I walk with completely no limp , and can almost fully bend my knee. All the staff are super friendly and understanding and it is just a great experience overall. These guys are amazing. I came in with following a carpal tunnel surgery with my hand inflamed, swollen and painful. Dr. Chris evaluated me and not only got me back to working out at the gym, but he helped fix a chronic shoulder problem that I have had for years.
I cannot recommend Chris and Evolve enough. I've been for PT before, but never anything like this. They are located in a beautiful location in my Gym! Parking, a locker room and coffee. But beyond the amenities, they are highly skilled and attentive. I've never had service and hands on attention like I've gotten at Evolve!

I have been going to evolve for physical therapy for a year now and can easily say that this office offers more efficient, caring, and effective treatment as opposed to the several other offices I have been to. The staff consisting of Chris, Nick, Rathelky, and Elijah have not only educated me on proper biomechanics, but have also provided me with so much information about why my problems occur as well as offering ample amounts of preventative measures to keep me functioning at 110%. I could not recommend this physical therapy location any more!

The physical therapists and team at Evolve are amazing! I came into Evovle with broken spirits thinking I could not get better and would always feel pain from my many injuries. The Evolve team helped to build my strength both physically and mentally to finally feel some relief. From the moment that I received a call regarding my appointment, I was able to notice how attentive and patient everyone is. I had to reschedule and Erick went above and beyond to find an appointment for me. During my first visit I was able to meet Erick in person who continued to impress me with attentiveness and took me through the steps of checking in. He also continued updating me on the process while I was waiting. I then met Nathan who was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explain to me every step of the therapy as we went along through my appointment without rushing at any point. All staff member that I encountered were friendly and polite, including the students. I've been to several PT's over the years for what doctors told me was a back issue, which turned out to be a major hip impingement that affected the entire left side of my body. I was in pain frequently from everyday tasks, standing, and sitting. I started to see Eric and Alyssa who approached my issue thoroughly and unconventionally. They examined me and thought about what would help rather than just prescribe the usual PT that I received from Spear and countless others. Since the pandemic hit, Eric and Alyssa left NYC and I started to see Dr. Nathan Kind. I think the service I receive is excellent. He is attentive to all of my concerns and I have multiple injuries (labral tear-hip impingement, reoccurring stress fractures, shoulder impingement) and therefore, a somewhat out-of-the box type of situation. There are many things going on and he addresses all of them. He makes sure to challenge me and finds exercises and treatment plans which bring me to the next level. I'm an avid rock climber, gym rat, occasional surfer, and I'm looking to get back into running again this spring after a long hiatus at 50 years old. I feel confident that Dr. Kind will get me there.

I love this place. Its probably the best physical therapy place I've ever been to and as a person who is very accident prone I've been to quite a few. I live in the bronx and travel all the way to marine park to see Nathan and Carmen
(and of course all the lovely people here at evolve). And no this is not a paid review I'm just so happy with my PT. My range of motion has improved drastically and although I still have a way to go, I'm very hopeful. If you want PT that works with polite staff who cares, try them. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
