Dr. Graham and his assistant, Lisa, were fantastic. Being new to the area, I selected Excel based on the personal, relatable nature of their story on the website and the experience in person did not disappoint. Dr Graham is a fabulous Podiatric Surgeon. I URGENTLY needed his help TODAY and I got it TODAY. I called another podiatrist before booking an appointment with Doctor Graham. Best they could offer me was an appointment in January of 2027. I’m writing this review in August of 2026!! Are you kidding me??? I needed help TODAY and they offered me an appointment next January??? But that’s nothing those of you reading this remotely care about. What really matters is the fact that Dr Graham was excellent! He took care of my problem and I’m good to go. I’m a guy with an extremely complicated/complex medical history and I’ve been seen by a TON of doctors. Dr Graham rocketed to the top of my list of excellent doctors, and I know a real good doc when I see one! The doc’s DONT get to the top of my list very easily either. You’ll love Dr Graham. I guarantee it! You won’t be disappointed!!

There basically was no wait time. Right after I filled out my medical history on the iPad, they sent me in right away. The doctor was very nice, explained things thoroughly, and did an excellent job getting my problem fixed. Most other podiatrist offices would have had my operation scheduled a different day. They solved it the same day, and very quickly.

I was a little anxious about seeing a new doctor. I had been seeing Dr. Lisa for many years but I really liked Dr Graham a lot. He was very calm and personable. Very good listener. Lisa the technician was great as usual. The new receptionist in the office was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Dr Graham if you need a podiatrist.

Dr. Graham is a wonderful and excellent doctor! He knows his craft and is an amazing surgeon and wound care specialist! He saved my husbands leg by working for many months on a terrible wound that would not heal. My husband is a diabetic so wound healing no matter how minor is challenging. Dr. Graham got it healed!! He was 100% on top of every aspect of our care and we continue and will always continue to see him for all our foot, ankle and wound care. I can't express enough how great he is and we would not go anywhere else. His staff, Lisa, is very friendly and helpful and was kind enough to call us when we left our package there by mistake. We went out of our way to find Dr. Jemaar Graham after our son suffered a serious ankle and foot injury this past weekend, including a full ligament tear, a partial tear, and a fracture, along with a wrist sprain. Dr. Graham treated our son last year for a partial ligament tear when he was near Sarasota Memorial, and the experience made a lasting impact. When this new injury happened, our son was adamant about going back to him. He now has his own office in Lakewood Ranch, about a 45 minute drive for us. We passed closer options to see him, and after this visit, we are completely confident it was the right decision. Dr. Graham is knowledgeable, direct, and takes the time to explain both the injury and the plan. He connects well with athletes and builds trust quickly. We would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to see him again.

It is difficult getting a quick appointment with a podiatrist so I was pleased that I could schedule one less than 48 hours after contacting the office, at a time that suited me. I think the office is transitioning from a former long established practice into a new one so the check in time at the office was unduly long as the assistant struggled with the software. However the doctor was patient, clearly understood my issues, fixed one and provided prescriptive medicine to cover other concerns discussed at our appointment. Medicare original was accepted and I paid the copay which was reasonable. I would recommend this practice and give it a chance to get going. I will attend my follow up in 2 weeks.
