would’ve preferred to leave email feedback, but they don’t have an email for that. I’ve never had a bad experience here until today. I’m leaving 3 stars instead of 1 because my nurse was very nice, but not experienced enough. She said she’s only been doing IVs on her own since November. I specifically requested the IV in my hand, but she wasn’t confident doing it. She tried, it did not go well, I almost passed out, and my hand is very sore. She did a good job placing it in my arm. I was there 2.5 hours despite having an appointment, and the IV alone took an hour. It would’ve taken longer if I hadn’t suggested moving to a chair so gravity could help it flow. She also broke HIPAA by telling me another patient’s details and describing an IV incident where her negligence caused blood to go everywhere. I’ve been here 5–6 times and always had good experiences with my usual doctor. Today’s NP was less personable and never returned after the initial exam. Things could’ve gone much smoother.

The Receptionist was very slow and not friendly at all. She was being trained or didn’t know what she was doing because someone had to help her. They need a friendly Receptionist working the front desk. She needs to smile, greet people and speak up. The doctor diagnosed my illness and prescribed medication.

I felt very dismissed when I went in and then when I tried to get my prescription filled they put the wrong birth date so I had to deal with that. A simple clerical error which caused an hour and half issue at pharmacy in addition to feeling dismissed, I wont be back.

Doctor was amazing. VERY kind, very compassionate yet firm with instructions…referred me to ER immediately and ended up I needed emergency surgery.
Had she not been so direct (yet kind) I likely would’ve figured “I’ll go later if I still feel bad”…the result of that apparently would have been very bad. I am so very grateful for her and seeing something concerning of which I had no idea.

Staff were excellent. Frustrating that I spent time completing all required check-in forms online, then had to complete more in the office. So although my appointment was at 9, I didn't see a clinician until over 30 minutes later. Plus, front desk made more copies of my drivers license, insurance card and credit card, even though I took the time and uploaded pictures of all during online pre checkin. Duplication of effort is not appreciated.

Office was great at check in, both receptionists were personable and nice. Assistant (cna) that brought me back and did vitals/history was great. The NP was not personable at all. Basically I had to beg to get rx. She looked at a rash and offered no tx. It was included on why I came in. This is the first time I felt treatment was sub par here, but it was only NP.

This office should not accept to do bloodwork as they don’t not have the equipment to do such tests. I had to sit on the table that dr ‘s see you on. My arm could not be steady for insertion. Needle was moving around while in my arm. Not a good experience plus they couldn’t find my appt I made either. Nurse forgot to bring a cotton swab over when she took needle out and blood was oozing. Just took out needle without sterile cotton to blot.

I went in to see a doctor about my cold symptoms. The doctor examined me, asked several questions, and confirmed that I did have a cold. He called in a prescription that gave me quick relief. I was thankful to have been able to make an appointment so easily and quickly.
