The doctor and his office staff went from a to B in customer service. The reception area in the medical assistant was helpful to my questions and answers accordingly with a smile.. the doctor answered all my questions and a sister name on any solution to any problems I had with a smile. He advised me ahead of time what the procedure is being done and why. Thank you so much.

This was my first time with Doctor Ruben Barrera, and I can’t be more happy to find him. I was a little bit nervous (as always I go to this appointments lol) but he was so attentive, listened my concerns with attention and he had a great attitude, I ended up feeling very comfortable and definitely it’s gonna be my place. Also the staff was very nice, and the office and rooms are clean, big and organized. Highly recommended!

Excellent care and attention from the minute he walked in. He’s very knowledgeable, compassionate, polite and very professional. I’m truly impressed. One of the best doc?tors I’ve seen thus far.
The office is very clean and inviting and I am extremely please with my visit, it was definitely worth it .

Doctor was really great and made me feel really comfortable despite it being the first time seeing him. The wait was very long. I ended up waiting for a bit over an hour. I almost left because I had to get back to work. Next time I’ll try to book the first appointment to avoid this.

Dr. Barrera is one of the kindest doctors I've ever met. From the moment he walked into the room I knew he had amazing bedside manner -- he shook my hand and introduced himself, asked me how I'm doing, and was ready to listen to my concerns. In this fast-paced and hectic world, a doctor's visit can feel equally if not more rushed and demanding but I did not feel this at all with Dr. Barrera or any of his staff. He and the medical assistant were very attentive to my concerns and needs. Receptionist at the front was very warm too! Highly recommend this office to others.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Vera and ladies, you know that going to a new OB-GYN is not always the most fun experience but Dr. Vera was great! I would highly recommend him to friends and family. I have been to other OB-GYN's and he was probably the first and only one that didn't seem to be rushing through my visit and took the time to listen to my concerns and share knowledgeable information and suggestions. I greatly appreciated his respectfulness, patience, and thorough communication. After just this 1 visit, I can tell that I will be a content patient continuing to see Dr. Vera for any medical concerns I may have. I am glad I finally found a doctor that is caring, attentive, non judgmental, and best of all not in a rush. The other staff members that I met at the office were also kind and pleasant.
