Never got to see the dr. I arrived 15 minutes prior and there was no one to check in the dr’s office. No one came see who was the waiting room. I waited nearly an hour and never saw anyone. Completely unprofessional! I’ll never go back. Horrible Service

My appointment 3/14/24 @ 5:00P. Check in window closed, completely empty waiting room, called out "hello" several times before someone came out and asked if I had appointment, yes for 5:00P was asked to wait. Waited, when he came back later to talk to another person that had a 5:30, I was told that my appointment had NOT been approved because I did not sent the information requested, I told him I did sent the information, still on my computer, on 03/04/24 @ 1:50P. He said it was not found I could call the office next day before noon, no one would take my information on Monday or Tuesday, if I called, the call would go to him. I told him I would make copies of the information sent and that I had called every time I got e-mailed my Zocdoc, only one ever answered was him and always in a hurry telling me I would receive an e-mail asking for info., again told him I did, and info was sent. NOT GOING BACK and would NOT recommend anyone to go to that ghost office.
