Excellence Dental Care really lives up to its name, and that’s mostly thanks to Dr. Evis. She’s warm, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel completely at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients, not just their teeth. I can’t recommend Excellence Dental Care in Needham enough. I had a sudden, sharp tooth pain on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, and Dr. Evis graciously took me in the very same day I called—something you rarely see these days. She not only treated me with great care and professionalism, but also went the extra mile by helping me secure an emergency root canal appointment on Memorial Day itself.
She followed up personally to check on how I was doing, and once the root canal was done, she quickly placed a temporary crown and had the final crown completed—all in less than three weeks. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with the utmost precision.
Dr. Evis and her entire staff are incredibly professional, attentive to detail, and truly patient-oriented. I felt cared for every step of the way. If you’re looking for a dentist who goes above and beyond, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I am writing a 5 star review of Dr. Evis Myftiu and Excellence Dental Care in Needham, MA.
I couldn’t be happier that she is my new dentist. She has been involved in my cleanings, creating a new crown, and finalizing the treatments of a root canal and an implant.
In all of my interactions, Dr. Myftiu has been kind, compassionate, respectful, and professional. She is personable and easy to converse with. She remembers details from our previous conversations and asks follow up questions.
In terms of her work, she explains what she is doing and has spent extra time to ensure that she is getting things just right. The day after my treatments, she has called to check with me that all is well. I have no doubt that if something were not well, she would have arranged to see me later that day.
If you are looking for super competent and personalized dental care, I highly recommend Dr. Myftiu and Excellence Dental Care.

Dr. Evis is an absolute miracle worker! I was suffering with tooth pain that was noted to be a root canal by another doctor and Dr. Evis was able to save my tooth entirely. The process was seamless and I’m now pain free! I couldn’t be happier with the results and I truly cannot recommend her enough.
