Excelsior Healthcare operates across six locations: Norcross, Johns Creek, Duluth, Buford, Lawrenceville and Satellite Blvd. We provide comprehensive medical services including primary care, urgent care, women’s health, vaccinations, immigration physical exams, geriatric care, and LGBTQ+ healthcare for patients in North Georgia. With over 20 years of experience, our dedicated team of medical professionals is committed to delivering exceptional service and personalized care to every patient.
At Excelsior Healthcare, we see patients aged 12 and older. We do not offer virtual or telehealth visits. We do not prescribe ADHD medications or opioids. All confirmed appointments are for in-person office visits unless otherwise stated.
For annual physical exams or routine check-ups, we kindly ask patients to fast for at least 8 hours before their scheduled appointment (water is permitted).
