The office was clean, the staff friendly and professional, and the doctor was efficient and made me feel well taken care of.

The hygienist was great but the dentist came in for 3 minutes, told me I had everything wrong with me, and then left the room without any reassurance. Money hungry place

The office called to reschedule my appointment saying the time and date I picked wasn’t available. On the actual visit, I wasn’t seen by Dr. Shiao. The dentist I got was alright, though it felt that he was rushing through the appointment. The dental hygienist was a bit chatty.
They are pretty clear with their fees. Though at times it felt that they were trying a bit hard to sell.

I didn’t interact much with Dr. Shiao but she seem really friendly. Kayla helped me at the front desk and she was very friendly and helpful. Kimberly clean my teeth and she was super pleasant and friendly. The endodontists that accidentally walk in was friendly too. Overall everyone I spoke to was very friendly and made the visit very pleasant.

Staff is very friendly. Office is very new, clean, and hygienic. Only drawback is the last 2 times I was at the office for my regular cleaning, I had to wait over an hour after appointment time to be seen.

Angela is an amazing dental hygienist. It was the fastest and best dental cleaning ever. She was basically running between my x days to get the discomfort over as soon as possible. So appreciated. The dentist who oversaw her (Dr. Hong? Or Huong?) was amazing too. Slay.

They will try to sell you every procedure in the world! And make you stressed because they make it seem like your teeth situation is in DIRE condition. Beware.

Clean office, very friendly staff, fast but thorough cleaning. The only thing I didn't like was how they try and sell you treatments/products that cost hundreds of dollars after the appointment.
