Great staff and awesome doctor! I received the most comprehensive exam and I feel comfortable knowing my eyes are healthy! They were knowledgeable and guided me on the path to see without glasses or contacts during the day! Everyone should do their research on Corneal Molding! It's life changing! I am thankful I found such wonderful people that I plan on visiting and referring for years to come!

The doctor and the staff are exceptionally gifted and knowledgeable in their field. They also go over and beyond in providing the best service. They have the latest technology and training. Don't forget to mention they are extremely kind and courteous. I highly recommend everyone to go and check them out. He is very good at explaining what's going on with the eyes using various mediums - video presentations, eye scans, etc. He even checked to make sure my body was receiving the proper nutrients necessary for my eye health.

The office staff was not particularly friendly, but they were efficient. Dr. Arroyo was excellent. His manner was very professional but also friendly. I left the appointment feeling that I had been well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Dr. Arroyo.

I was seen with Dr. Arroyo for the first time and I was very impressed by the office. The front desk ladies were very nice. Their office offers high technology equipment that substitutes Dilation which was awesome! Five star rating all the way!

The staff was very friendly, efficient, and professional. The doctor was nice however didn't spend much time with him. He had interns examine me. One was on her phone the entire time and the other was doing the exam. Never discussed why I was zinc deficient and never really explained a whole lot other than what he was trying to promote with his corneal molds. I liked everyone just felt a little rushed since my appt was last at closing time.

The staff are disorganized and misinformed me about what my insurance would and would not cover when I asked before the visit and told me something different when it was time to pay. I also waited over an hour and a half to be seen. I had a horrible first visit, definitely would not recommend to others.

The doctor was very professional and highly skilled, as was his office staff; very friendly and accomodating to all as far as I could see, but there were too many people there at one time, waiting. I arrived at 9:15 and was there for a total of 3+ hours for a routine eye exam. That's the only thing I felt could have been improved upon. Oh, if people have to wait that long, perhaps they could have a little coffee pot or some cookies or candy available, especially for the older folks and the children. That's just my suggestion.
