My experience with Dr. Lauletti was good! He was professional and explained things in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Overall, eye doctor's appointments are fairly low stress, and I felt no exception here. Check-in and check-out were also fairly easy.

I liked the Dr. he was very professional and well versed with his work, he addressed all of my concern however, the check in was unpleasant the staff wasn’t very professional or welcoming at all. They were rude made me feel very uncomfortable like I was bothering them by coming for the appointment. I don’t know if they were just having a bad day or something but I’m hesitant to go back there. If available I will probably go to a different location for the same doctor.

Doctor was great. Really nice man who was very patient in answering all my questions and helpful and caring for me overall. He seemed genuinely concerned in his patient’s eye health and well being. Only negative was one of the girls at the front desk was not very friendly and had a bad attitude. The other workers at front desk were very kind however. Would recommend!

Quick and easy eye doctor appointment. Very glad I decided to make an appointment here. Matt and the front desk were helpful and efficient at their jobs and I felt welcomed there through the whole process.
