Natasha Chawla, OD was calm, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. I came in with an eye problem/irritation issue that hadn't been properly addressed elsewhere--another provider at CityMD recommended Visine for treatment! Dr. Natasha Chawla took the time to truly diagnose the problem and prescribed the appropriate treatment, and my symptoms were noticeably improved after just one dose! She is a very skilled eye doctor.

I waited more than an hour to meet with the doctor and even after waiting, didn't see the doctor. I was getting late for my next meeting and had to cancel and leave. I wouldn't recommend. The worst part is, the clinic was empty and there were no patients. Still I waited more than 1 hour.
