Dr.Bak is amazing! I originally went to her for a chronic red eye issue that had been irritating me for months. Naturally, I waited that long to be seen as I thought it would resolve on its own. During our appointment, Dr. Bak took her time to really understand the root cause to provide a tailored solution for my specific issue. I’ve been seeing her for a few years now and she is always punctual and thorough during our annual exams and follow up appointments. Not to mention all other office staff are super friendly. And the best part - my dry eye issue has been resolved. Highly recommend!

I have seen many eye doctors over the years, but the overall experience today was 10 out of 10. Dr. Bak is absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable, and was able to give me a couple of good options to solve my problem. The machinery and technology that used in the practice are 21st-century-grade, and my entire experience from the moment I stepped in to the moment I stepped out, was unbelievable. Highly recommend Dr. Bak and the entire practice.?

Extremely happy with my visit! Dr. Bak was very kind, patient, and answered all my questions. The staff member at the end who explained my benefits was also very pleasant and was not pushy AT ALL when I said I did not want to purchase new glasses or contacts right then. I have had the opposite types of experiences at other providers, so I was so glad to have found this clinic. I will absolutely be staying with Dr. Bak as long as I'm in Chicago!

I live in the city and this is a very conveniently located office. Also, Dr. Karikomi and Dr, Bak are very thorough and professional. The office assistants are efficient, courteous and professional, as well. I am a physician myself so I appreciate the attention to detail, clear instruction and explanation of all tests performed and treatments prescribed. Overall, very satisfied with my care from Eye Level!

Dr. Bak is great. She is very personable. She not only does a thorough check-up, she immediately looks at anything that might be off and is looking up information right then and there. At a time when she could be pushing for another appointment, she makes the most of your time. She is also fun. There’s nothing worse than a doctor stares into your eyes and pokes your eyeballs that can’t laugh. 10/10 for Dr.Bak!

I was actually seen by Dr. Karikomi instead of Dr. Bak (who I'm sure is also excellent) but I wanted to provide this review because this was unquestionably the most positive experience I have ever had in any medical office. I can't believe how kind, thorough, and informative Dr. Karikomi was. His assisting staff were also patient, efficient, and thoughtful. Absolutely recommend!

Dr. Bak is absolutely my favorite eye doctor of all time. She always takes time to actually explain what’s going on with my eyes and always is willing to take as long as is necessary to get the right prescription for me. She’s just very good — highly recommend. As for the office, the people are all very nice & very helpful. Can’t say enough good things, really.

Finding a doctor I like is always important to me and I'm very excited to have found Dr. Bok. She was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. The equipment in the office was high end and helpful to the appointment. All of the other staff members were very helpful and kind as well.
