Hello and Welcome to Eye Of The Storm Counseling, LLC. I strive to provide telehealth mental health counseling services throughout the state of New Hampshire. I do not prescribe medication, but as a therapist I can connect you with providers that are able to prescribe medication.
Over the past few years especially everyone's lives have been part of a much bigger storm raging on. This has impacted all of us and those around us. This counseling center, that specializes in Virtual Counseling for the State of New Hampshire, seeks to allow you to visit the eye of the storm. The eye of the storm, which is known to be much calmer, so that you are able to figure a few things out, learn some new things, and have an easier time managing your life. That is what counseling is. You are able to step away from your life for a little bit of time so that you can get a different perspective, manage ongoing crisis, and determine what direction you feel you need to go in along with the support to make it happen.

John is a very good listener and gave me helpful tips to try when feeling overwhelmed. Right after the appointment, he sent me a booklet that helps people with anxiety. Overall, it was good to have someone to talk to about things.

Like he will be a good therapist match for me. It's not always easy to find a therapist that you can feel comfortable talking to without judgement. I felt so much better after we spoke than o have felt in a year.

I don’t think I can give a definitive opinion about the overall demeanor of a person who I have only met once. I can only say that my first impression of him was that he didn’t engage with me in a way,initially, that made his introduction welcoming and supportive of my decision to take the initiative to get help. I was very anxious and nervous about the appointment and I would think that a person who has been in the field for so long would understand that. Not be so administrative or impersonal to our initial meeting with each other. I hope it will get better as the sessions progress and we get better acquainted.
Just disappointing that the first and last 10 minutes were all about administrative issues and the next session. Almost like a sales pitch to me.
