Dr. Patel and her staff were excellent. Intake was smooth, the exam was thorough, and the fitting for new glasses was easy and quick. Dr. Patel's manner is approachable and conversational. I don't have a lot of experience with eye exams, but I was happy with how thorough the exam was. I was very happy with the experience and will be happy to return for future visits.

Dr. Patel and her staff are all top notch! She was so wonderful and friendly which absolutely sets the tone for the entire office. They collectively made getting my very first pair of glasses at 40+ (which I wasn't looking forward to) a very pleasant experience! It was actually a fun appointment.

I have been wearing glasses for thirty years. This is the first time in recent memory that I did not feel rushed through my exam, that the doctor took the time to get the prescription right, and did not become impatient when I struggled with some of the smaller letters. She educated without being condescending, and was able to provide guidance that would improve my overall eye health. After having been in a factory like setting for so long, I was grateful to have such a thorough exam and relaxing experience. All her staff were lovely and welcoming as well.

Even though I stated in zocdoc I used a specific benefit type they did not accept that benefit and assumed I wanted to use my medical benefits which were not as good as my vision benefits.

I have spoken to Dr. Daniel’s on several occasions and have found that she is attentive and personal. Also non-judgmental providing the much needed support for my mental wellbeing and medication to help me through this difficult time. My spouse takes most of my time and at 80 years of age she has been my lifeline.

Dr. Patel was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain every step of my eye exam in detail. She answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process.

Bright, authentic, engaging, and Nonjudgmental! If you want these qualities and more in an eye doctor (especially if you haven't been seen by one in like five years) and you happen to be in the area, I implore you to please give Dr. Patel a go! I knew from when Latavia greeted me that I'd have a pleasant time in the office. And when Dr. Patel greeted me, and I saw her smile and felt her energy, I knew I was in for a treat! Dr. Patel was very engaging, listening to my concerns and observations and talking with me about my history and my current status. She even went out of her way to provide some additional help for me to get settled into my new place in Maryland--and that's HUGE!
Not to mention they have a fantastic selection on floor and are very much interested in working with me! Much love to Dr. Patel and Latavia for the smiles, the laughs, and the overall good time. I've already booked a follow-up and am looking forward to seeing them again!
