Welcome to Eye Society.
We pride ourselves on ensuring your optical health and vision needs are our foremost priority.
Using state-of-the-art computerized testing, pre-testing by medical assistants and thorough examinations by our doctors, Eye Society assesses the patients’ visual system and determines what type of visual correction provides the best solution for each individual. Visual correction may include glasses, contact lenses, laser vision correction, or corneal refractive therapy. For the solutions not offered by Eye Society, informed recommendations can be provided.
While many eye exams end with visual correction, Eye Society believes that the eye health evaluation is the most important part of an eye exam. Our evaluation continues with Glaucoma testing, dilated fundus examination, and diagnostic retinal imaging is performed to evaluate the health of the eye.

Dr. Tanvi Mago has been wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and makes sure all of our questions are answered. What truly sets her apart is how comfortable she makes children feel — she is patient, warm, and engaging, which makes appointments smooth and stress-free. My son gives her a big hug every time he visits her.
Her office staff is also excellent — friendly, organized, and responsive. From scheduling to check-in, everything runs efficiently.
We’re very grateful to have found such a caring and professional eye doctor. Highly recommend.

Dr. Tanvi Mago was incredible! Easily the best eye doctor i’ve seen. She was so kind and really helped me understand the nuances behind my prescription and what was important when shopping for glasses / contacts. She listened to me when I said I needed to be dilated and explained every step, she kept me very involved in my own care. Plus, they didn’t just feel like a glasses boutique with an eye doctor. The prescription process was thorough and she dived deep into what I would need based on my lifestyle. When we did get to the glasses portion, they were transparent about their prices and honest about what I did and didn’t need. First time i’ve ever bought glasses same day, and they made sure my insurance was used whenever it could be. Overall, really above and beyond experience!!

Dr. Mago was excellent. She explained what I was seeing and how to view it and be on the lookout, but really put my mind at ease with her thorough explanation and great bedside manner. It was my son’s first appointment for medical reasons (not a routine eye exam under vision insurance) just having turned a year old and the office staff was friendly, speedy, the place was clean, and I didn’t have to do duplicative paperwork. We will absolutely be returning.

This is the best eye doctor I've ever been to. Dr. Mago was so professional, she listened to my concerns, my reason for the visit, and ran through various tests to ensure that my prescription was accurate and best suited to my current needs (work, driving, etc.). I didn't have to wait at all once I checked in, and I checked in early. I'll be recommending her to all of my fellow glasses and contact wearers!

My visit was great - quick, fast, and I got what I needed. The only negative thing was that I booked on Zocdoc for 4:40pm and the office told me my appt was at 5:40pm. Looks like there might be some time difference issue between the office and Zocdoc that needs to be figured out.

Excellent bedside manner. Made sure to understand what contacts I had used before and how I liked them. Technically competent and was able to complete my refractive exam faster than I've had before. Appreciated her flexibility in letting me go home to confirm what my prior Rx was and being able to text them at the office number. I appreciated the small details too, like being allowed to take a contacts case if I needed one and having a set of trial lenses to go home with while waiting for my order. A really well run practice!

I didn't see this particular doctor, but another at Eye Society. She was nice and had a nice bedside manner. The person who initially checked my eyes and did the prep was especially friendly and thoughtful.

Dr. Mago was really excellent and thorough. She took my headache history into account when giving me my new prescription to make sure we didn’t change anything too drastically and accidentally make my headaches worse. She even spent extra time with me to double check it was right compared to my old prescription. I really appreciated her personal attention and honest option.
