Dr. Goswick was great - thorough, thoughtful, and had excellent bedside manner during the virtual portion of the visit. He took time to carefully review my results, answered my questions clearly, and I really appreciated his honesty when recommending contact lenses (especially that he didn’t push a more expensive option).
That said, I was surprised that the entire in-person exam was performed by a technician and that the dr visit was virtual. While everything was reviewed thoroughly, this wasn’t disclosed ahead of time, and I expected the doctor to perform at least part of the physical exam. A bit more transparency upfront would have helped set expectations.
While the technician was friendly for most of the visit, the interaction at the end felt a bit rushed. When I asked about an additional contact lens sample that the dr had specifically recommended, the response felt abrupt and less welcoming than earlier in the appointment.

It was unclear that my exam would actually be done by a technician, and that the optometrist would interpret and share results over a Microsoft Teams call. However, I trust everyone's work, but I would have appreciated knowing that up-front.

Great experience overall, Dr. Goswick was both very personable and explained things very clearly. Staff was friendly and the office was clean with very modern equipment. My only gripe is that my meeting with the doctor was conducted via a video call, but this was possibly because I went on the weekend and didn’t make any real functional difference.

Súper profesional and helpful, from the very thorough review of the exam results, to the actual examinations themselves, and down to the casual conversation about what prescription is the cutoff for Meta glasses. Everyone in the office was kind, helpful, and courteous.

Staff and Doctor very professional and friendly. Doctor took the time to review the images and exam findings for my eyes and answer any question in detail. Staff was great about reviewing the details of the different lens and contact lens options. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Nice doctor, but requested a routine eye exam and after the fact found out they had included a retinal eye exam which I had not requested, and then had to pay for. I would encourage patients to ask questions about total cost of services ahead of one’s appointment to not get overcharged like me!

Went in for a "checkup" and I was informed my eyes were working too hard and daily wear glasses would be needed to prevent a rapid decline in vision. Dr. Goswick walked me through how I would benefit from a prescription lens. Then you visit the optician side of the practice. The staff was patient and helped me find frames that fit me as a person. Upon receiving my lenses I needed a prescription adjustment which was done quickly in one visit.
