Dr. LaHoud was very nice and professional, listened to me and provided me with very clear guidance on how to care for several of the conditions I’ve been experiencing. Mary helped me pick out my glasses and ran all my insurance to get me the best price on premium glasses. I wanted to check out frames I had seen at another vendor, but after doing so, I realized that Mary had given me the best bang for my buck, called her, paid over the phone and the order was placed. I should have the new pair in 2 weeks. All in all, a great experience.

I came in for an eye injury, and Dr. LaHoud was super knowledgeable, friendly, and effective at communicating. Great office staff as well. I'd recommend for any eye-related visit.

I was not seen with the Provider who was assigned at my appt. Which is fine!...But the woman I had was awesome. I would rather give her 5 stars out of 5 then give someone credit that never even seen me for my appt. Very great service from when I walked in to front desk to bring seen all the way to check out. I enjoyed my time there. Would definitely go back again.

Dr. LaHoud was quick and helpful and answered all my questions. There was a bit of a wait after I arrived on time, but the staff were all very helpful and nice.

I felt I had all of Dr. LaHoud attention during my visit. He answered all my questions clearly. I felt he genuinely cared about the well being of my eyes. He took as long as needed.
The office overall was good. they have glasses right there and a sales person will answer your insurance and glasses questions.
I WILL CONTINUE getting my eye exams with Dr. LaHoud.
Notes:
- He has a very, very firm handshake. Do not be intimidated by it.
- The EyeCare Specialists sales person/office put a hold on my insurance. So, when I went to another store where I usually buy my glasses from, they could not pull my insurance benefits. I had to call EyeCare Specialists for them to remove the hold. This could be more annoying if you plan to buy your glasses online.
IMPORTANT: this practice is UNRELATED to Dr. LaHoud. Again, Dr. LaHoud was great and I will continue getting my eye exams from him.

Professional overall. Little interest in how my vision was affected by the lenses provided, though - feedback that vision seemed worse with lens was ignored/downplayed. Staff were pushy on services.
