I was acknowledged right way, with a form to fill because I was a new patient. The lobby spacious and pleasant with plenty of seating. The wait was normal and Dr. Nima Niak was easy to talk to and explained thoroughly. I was satisfied and felt good about choosing her as my Optomitrist.

WAY too many appointment reminders by text AND email. The office was not busy, staff was helpful and kind. Would’ve liked to see them wipe off the machines before or after they had me out my face on them. Dr Bryan seemed competent. I was immediately directed to the eyeglass station after my appointment assuming I would purchase them there. Took a few minutes for someone to come out to help me. She was a bit confusing on how much all the itemized choices cost and what my insurance covers, verbally giving dollar amounts. There was a black hair laying on the white tabletop…could happen anywhere, but was distracting… felt she should’ve noticed. She did print off my Rx and they did file my EyeMed insurance. Probably a normal experience, not great, not bad.

This was my second time seeing Dr. Johnson and as long as I live here I will not see anyone else for my eyes. He is extremely kind and caring. I see a lot of doctors and he is one the nicest/warmest I’ve had. The tech was great too. They let me bring my dog to the appointment (I had to) and were so patient and sweet with her.
As someone with chronic health issues I am used to having bad experiences with medical offices. My visit was so positive, efficient, and effective. I’m glad I found this office and recommend CFV and Dr. Johnson to anyone needing eye care. They are a breath of fresh air.

Dr. Tanner Johnson and his staff were as nice as they could be! Everyone at Carolina Family Vision was friendly and helpful. Dr. Johnson was quick, but, thorough. He explained everything and answered any questions. Very personable. I live more than an hour away, but, still won’t go anywhere else. Definitely recommend!

Started out rocky, and abrasive, with front office personnel over fee's whether optional or required. Then problem with my insurance, however Ms. Denise (office manager) went above and beyond and we were able to put differences aside for common good. Dr. Dunn was absolutely fantastic, very warm, friendly, and delightfully humorous.

First off Love Zoodoc. I found My son's Eye Doctor Quick and easy. Also had an appointment in 2 days. Wow that was awesome.
