I was very positively impressed with the professional competence and knowledge provided with the service. The doctor's explanations of the retinal imaging that was performed during my visit were clear and informative. I plan to visit Eyeland in the future whenever I need to have prescriptions filled for eyeglasses. (By the way, parking just outside the building was easy and convenient.)

Do not go! They will find any reason to add charges so they can collect out of pocket. This place used to be very patient service friendly and now it’s all about the money, even encouraging to not use insurance so they can “price match” and “save” money. I will not return and I will make sure to tell everyone about my horrible experience.

Dr Do gave me an explanation in a way to help me better understand the function and health of my eyes. He's very patient and encouraging. All of his staff were very friendly. I was assisted very quickly. I will be returning to his office.

Doc was polite and very informative. Techs were very nice and helpful as I hadn’t ever used any of the new eye equipment. Clean and professional. Helped me find new frames for my new prescription and went over options covered by my insurance. Lovely staff, short wait time, great doc. Showed interest and care into my worries and also I doubt I would’ve got frames if they hadn’t helped me find the right ones. Honestly best eye doc experience yet.

No one helped in picking frames after the Dr interaction. So I left without purchasing anything. The girl just pointed in the direction and left. Never happened like that with Matt.

I would highly recommend anyone needing an eyeglasses or contact exam to visit Eye World. It was nice seeing an in person optometrist. I was welcomed by the friendly staff as soon as I walked in. I was first helped by Adam who is a wonderful and patient assistant. Then Dr. McMahon saw me. He was direct- just business- no small talk and that is fine. I am there for a service which he provided. After my exam- Matthew was very patient and helped me choose a frame that looked and suited me best based on my face shape. They have great specials and discounts when buying multiple pairs. I will be telling my friends and family about how great Eye World is and to definitely book an appointment with them.

My husband sent me a random link of providers that accept TRICARE, and Family Vision Associates was the first on the list. It had great reviews and could see me within 1-2 days of booking the appointment online, so I went with them.
The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Entering my new-patient information didn't take that long, and it was very intuitive/easy to walk through.
Dr. Karen was great.. and let me tell you - she was VERY fast, which I honestly appreciated because I essentially only have astigmatism, and she was still thorough throughout the checkup. You can most certainly tell she's been doing this for a while.
Now, Mrs. Cynthia was a sweetheart! She didn't rush me when I was looking at their glasses selection, and she helped me look for some that actually suit my facial structure. When I asked to look at a record of the receipt, she showed me and was transparent with me - also appreciated. Thank you for being so patient with me!
