I feel that you should let your customers know that their charges are all due at time of service. It was a huge shock to pay in full at my appointment. I would of preferred knowing that ahead of time so I could plan my appointment and budget accordingly. I am hoping that you have already made customers aware of the changes and there was a notice sent out prior to my appointment that I missed .

My experience was very good.
I dealt with Doctor Griff and four staff members during my visit. All the staff members were very pleasant and professional. Doctor Griff is very knowledgeable and communicates clearly.

I’ve never had an eye doctor in 35 years explain what they do and why in such depth. Dr Griffin was wonderful! I felt well educated about my visit when I left.

Love Dr. Flynn. She is patient and takes her time to really understand what is going on with her patients. The staff is always kind and helpful.
The eye-care exam service was very good, but one area that needs immediate attention is staff dress/apparel. The intake associate was very inappropriately dressed with painted-on, skin tight leggings. I don't appreciate seeing every detail of her butt, vagina, et al., her attire made me very uncomfortable. Furthermore, society is dealing with epidemic levels of pornography addiction, sexual sin, and immorality, far greater than alcohols, drugs and other addictive behaviors. Professional work spaces permitting seductive verses professional dress-code are contributing as part of the problem instead of part of the solution. There are many organizations to give more insight on this epidemic, here is just one link fightthenewdrug.org, I recommend you visit this site and take appropriate measures to not only enforce a professional dress-code policy, but to also enlighten your staff on the inappropriateness, and the inherent dangers that can result from individual personal appearance. Very friendly and caring staff. Appreciate being able to update personal and medical information electronically instead of paper forms! Would like to be able to do that online ahead of appointment so no need to come to appointment 15 minutes early.

The staff were all kind and helpful. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. Every step is explained and discussed. The one thing that could change is that the woman who did the first screening tests didn't introduce herself. I don't know her name. I am very happy to be back at CVC.

Every phase of patient services was excellent. Scheduling, greeting as you arrive, pre examination protocol, examination and consultation were conducted in a friendly and very professional manner. The entire staff is to be commended on top to bottom organizational skills and service.
