I used Zocdoc to book an appointment specifically with Dr. Tyler Lesko, OD. The clinic completely lacked transparency about my care. They didn't notify me of any schedule changes at check-in or at the front desk. Instead, they hid the swap until I was already sitting in the exam room and a completely different doctor (Dr. Charles Abady, OD) walked in. Patients have a right to choose their healthcare provider. Springing a substitute doctor on a patient at the last second in the exam room is unprofessional and deceptive.

Dr. Tyler Lesko surpassed all I expected. At 4:00 AM I booked an appointmentbfor loss of sight in one eye through Zoc Doc - received a 1:00pm appointment that day. Not only did the office call me in immediately at 9am - Dr. Lasko took proactive approach even before I arrived for booking with a local retinal specialist just in case - and because he did, I went directly to the next appointmrnt. There are no words to explain my appreciation. Probably the best "Doctor experience" I have had in my life, and I am 56 years old.

I had my very first eye doctor visit with Dr. Tyler Lesko at the Eye Center in Oakhurst. He was friendly, professional, and extremely informative. He also didn't try to sell me glasses or other things I didn't need. His staff were also pleasant and efficient. I'm very grateful.

Dr. Lesko is awesome! Super nice guy, actually listens, and doesn’t talk over your head. I went in complaining about headaches from staring at screens all day. He figured it out quick, fixed my prescription (night and day difference), and gave me a couple easy tricks that already have my eyes feeling way better.
No waiting forever, staff is chill, place is clean. Honestly the most pleasant eye doctor visit I’ve ever had. Already told my whole family to switch to him! 10/10

The front office staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. They discussed that I used Zocdoc “over the weekend” to book my appointment, though it had been booked weeks prior. She believed I had done it over the weekend because it wasn’t showing up in their system, which she later said was because the systems “do not talk to each other.” Additionally, the woman with bright red hair and glasses was openly hostile as she told me that I shouldn’t have used the app to book, I should have called, and that they “don’t even take [my insurance].”
Overall, an abysmal experience and a waste of time. If the Zocdoc platform doesn’t work for your office or your office’s needs, then stop using it. Being disrespectful to first time customers is not the way to fix that particular problem.

Dr. Shelli is wonderful. She has such a warm and welcoming disposition that makes you feel like you’ve been a patient for years.
I did not get the name of the woman who did my pre-exam testing but she was also very friendly and explained each test thoroughly.
Victoria was great! She helped me with pricing options that would fit my insurance and budget and I can’t wait for my new glasses!
