Gold star doctor and office. Everyone was so kind and supportive. Super efficient staff helped us check insurance coverage. Awesome doctor listened carefully to our concerns and addressed them while explaining everything thoroughly.

The place was very clean and the bathrooms too, but I felt that the Doctor was not very communicative with me, I think I asked her more questions than she asked me.

I purposefully chose to work with this Doctor because she had great reviews and representation (Latina business woman) matters to me. It was also a bonus that my insurance was accepted. Dr. Ramirez was kind and super helpful. She gave me validation about my eye problem, which is something I have been looking for. She had a great recommendation and I am excited to try my new glasses. This location was not near my home, but it was worth the drive. The office space was beautiful and clean. I would definitely recommend her services.

Dr. Ramirez explained everything so well and answered all my questions. For example, I learned so much about taking care of my eyes and treating the root causes of my dry eyes. She and her staff were friendly and very patient as I tried on tons of glasses to pick one. Also, the office was nice and the technology seems very updated, uncluding 2 machines that were totally new for me.
