I have been going to eyes over DFW for the last 4-5 years. I used to really like this office - they were nice, knowledgeable, and responsive. This year is the first time visiting with this new optometrist and while she was very nice and knowledgeable, I have not been able to reach her or her office to get a copy of my prescription. She and her office have not been returning calls, notes made in my chart by their second location, or emails. I have to order my new prescription but am unable to. The lack of responsiveness is very unprofessional and puts the patients out of ordering the items that they need to see.
