***Please READ through before scheduling your appointment*** Here at Eyesite Optometry we value your time spent with our Optometrists. We strive to provide you the best possible eye care, and to help us better serve you and make sure all our patients get the care they need, please schedule your appointments accordingly. When scheduling for your annual eye exam please schedule on the top of the hour or the half to ensure sufficient time for your exam. (Ex: 9:00am, 10:30am, 2:00pm, 3:30pm, etc...) If these times are not available on any given day that would mean those time slots are already occupied, and we may accommodate you on another day and time. If scheduling for an “Eye Emergency” (i.e. pink eye, eye pain, floaters, blurred vision, etc...) we ask that you schedule in the 15-minute time slots. (Ex: 9:45am, 10:15am, 2:45pm, 4:15pm, etc...). We accept most major vision plans (VSP, Eyemed, Spectera, Davis). If using Medicare, you also need to have a secondary insurance that is a PPO as we are not contracted with any Medi-cal or HMO plans. We ask that you please follow these scheduling guidelines to avoid appointment modifications and/or rescheduling. Dr. Rosenblum was thorough, personable, and truly exceptional. He solved an issue that no other optometrist had been able to figure out. In the past, two different optometrists diagnosed me as farsighted, but their prescriptions never felt right. I ended up with two pairs of glasses that I couldn’t tolerate for more than a few hours. During my appointment with Dr. Rosenblum, I finally learned that my intermittent blurry vision was caused by dry eyes, not a vision problem. With the eye drops he recommended, I’m already feeling so much better.
