I was charged multiple additional fees at the counter, despite having vision insurance that has previously covered similar visits without issue. These fees were not disclosed to me in advance, and the explanations provided at the time were unclear and inconsistent. I was forced to pay for the fees.
Most importantly, I was seen by a doctor other than the one I had specifically scheduled my appointment with. This change was not communicated to me prior to the visit. The substitute doctor displayed a rude and dismissive attitude, which made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued as a patient.

I'm glad I called the office. The appointments with Zocdoc were already take but they scheduled us for later in the morning.

Only real issue was finding the office. Did not realize that the office was in the lenscrafters. So maybe in ZocDoc there could be something that tells you. Other than that. Highly recommend.
