Horrible service - would not take me in unless I paid for a full eye exam when I specifically mentioned that I was coming in for a specific issue. Office did not communicate any of this beforehand.

Everything about the experience was quick and easy. The office staff was very friendly, and both the assistant & Dr. Lu were knowledgeable and communicative. It is rare you have a doctor's office experience where there isn't a lengthy wait or something goes awry, but not this one. Would highly recommend Dr. Lu!

This was a really positive experience. The staff was kind, the doctor was so sweet. It was my first time at an eye doctor, and before she did anything she would explain it to me and was very gentle. I really appreciated her demeanor! And the experience was very thorough.
