I needed immediate help and could not get into my primary care doctor for about a week. I had my appointment within the hour. He listened to my symptoms, explained everything and issued me a prescription. I was able to pick it up in the next hour. I am had much improvement the very next morning.

Pros: He's nice and answered my questions thoughtfully.
Cons: His office is tiny and located in the basement of a shared building. He uses AI to take patient notes. He keeps his door locked between patients and seemed startled to see me when I tried the door.
Notable: Testing is done at Quest Labs off-site. When he refers to his "assistant," I'm pretty sure it's a call center overseas.
I won't be using him as my PCP, but if the cons don't bother you and his office is close by, he's very nice!

"Ben" is a thorough and personable nurse practitioner, highly recommend and I even referred a friend the same week! Having a nurse practitioner who has worked many years as a nurse in many space is invaluable experience for a primary care provider, we are lucky to have him doing primary care!

I haven't met Dr Benedict in person just yet, my visit was an online new patient... I just wanted to get things underway before coming in the office as I have a lot of stuff, haha. He didn't make me feel as if there was anything wrong with me, he made me feel welcome into his practice. He did warn me that insurances prefer that establishing new patients are done in person, we've moved away from covid times, and I respect that. Still, he went through and charted everything that I had asked and told him, even sending in new scripts for most of my medications that he could.... once I get my blood work done, I will be seeing him in person and will update this review. There's no doubt in my mind that anything negative would occur so this review could only get better. ??
