Ok, I made a appointment for an allergy consultation, however, it turned into a full blown physical before I could even see the doctor; bloodwork, EKG, stress test, etc. My appointment was at 10:30AM, but by the time I completed all of the test it was 12:30pm, and I was still waiting to see the doctor. Now I have to cancel my annual physical with my PCP because my insurance is not going to approve two physicals with bloodwork days apart. This is my first and last visit.

my appointment was scheduled for 1pm, I was seen at 3pm. The doctor had poor bedside man. The office's blood pressure measuring machine was not working. I kept requesting for my vitals to be checked and they were not able to do it. I will never go nor recommend them to anyone.

I visited the Dr.Thomas for the first time today.Waiting time was short, the staff were friendly, & the office was clean. Dr.Thomas is amazing, he was welcoming, funny, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. I have found my new doctor!

The doctor is great. The wait time is over an hour for a quick consultation. I then have to come back and wait again for bloodwork. In addition my prescription was not filed at the time of the appointment. I’ve had to call the office 5+ times to get my prescription filled. Each time the receptionist said it was done but half the time it wasn’t. Very frustrating to deal with.

I honestly was very surprised at how organized and professional this appointment went. One of the reasons I put off visiting a medical professional is the "wait time" and especially now with COVID just sitting in the waiting room with strangers. This was above and beyond my expectations. The Doctor and his staff were wonderful and I do not usually write reviews.
